Nouvelle Idée is looking for the rare pearl to join our team as an account manager - social media. This person will play a central role in the success of our clients by ensuring the strategic and creative management of their social media accounts. MANDATE

As part of the communication team, your mandate will be to oversee and actively participate in the strategy and creation of content for the social platforms of various clients. This involves several responsibilities, among others:

• Ensure the realization and delivery of the various projects of our customers on social networks
• Assist with the production and artistic direction on professional photo productions
• Participate in the creation of content (writing, photo, video, programming publications)
• Develop adapted content strategies on social media
• Ensuring a good communication link with our clients on the mandates given
• Build and share monthly performance reports with our customers
• Ensure respect for the communication and artistic direction of customers
• Generate interaction with the community of our customers
• Participate punctually in the events of customers entrusted to the field
• Supervise the social media intern if applicable;
• Other tasks deemed relevant

WANTED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in communication, writing, or marketing (or equivalent relevant experience)
• 3 years or more of community management experience (ideally with agency experience)
• Bilingualism and impeccable command of written French;
• Excellent skills in establishing good relationships with customers;
• Creativity, adaptability and a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and use of social media platforms (real Facebook, Instagram and Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn);
• Excellent knowledge of social media marketing trends
• Excellent ability to adapt and be versatile
• Sense of initiative and resourcefulness;
• Excellent sense of organization and priority management
• Mastery of the Google suite
• Knowledge in photo and video production (an asset)
• Joie de vivre and sparkling personality (!!)

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary: annualized, competitive relative to work experience.

Position: Full time position (35 hours/week)

Workplace: We prefer to work at our offices at 94A Laurier Avenue O. in Montreal. Given the nature of the position, the person must be able to travel to also meet our various customers in Montreal. It is possible to telework 1 day a week when this day does not interfere with the functioning of operations.

Schedule: We prefer standard office hours; that is to say from 9 am to 5 am. However, this position requires some flexibility in the schedule and offers the possibility for the person in charge to adjust their schedule accordingly.

Vacations: 4 weeks of vacation from the first year including 2 weeks during Christmas and New Year's Day and 2 weeks
